Six Pack Attack
Power packed abdominal conditioning class that shapes and strengthens your abdominals and back too.
WW Combat
This is a non contact kick boxing class utilizing basic kicks and punches. Designed as a total body workout, this class will make you sweat!
Re:form
A circuit fitness class just for ladies. A private environment, separate from the main fitness area, combined with the superior services of the West Wood club make re: form for ladies the place to be.
Aqua-Fit
This is a complete fitness workout for swimmers and non-swimmers exercising to music in the shallow end of the pool. The water provides extra resistance for muscle toning and strengthening.
Teen Gym
is a gym workout for teenagers aged between 13 and 16 years, offering age-appropriate exercises for teens, fully supervised by qualified staff.

Muay Thai boxing
is the popular Thai kickboxing and is a mixture of several techniques employed in the rest of the forms of martial arts.

This is a monthly programme to help members lose weight and learn how to get the best out of your workouts,includes a healthy eating plan. You must sign in at reception.

This is a training program designed to help you loss fat and tone up. You are obliged to train 3 times a week for 4 weeks
