Re-Opening Monday 7 Th June 2021

Gyms opening Covid

We are back…..Round 4!

West Wood Club are delighted to re-open all club facilities on bank holiday Monday 7 th June from 8am-9pm. Opening hours will be back to normal from Tuesday 8 th June.

No direct debit payment will be taken for June. Direct debits will recommence on 1 st July. Annual paid memberships will be extended for the period of closure.

Under the current restrictions indoor fitness classes are not permitted until Monday 5th July. Virtual classes will run every hour on the hour starting every hour. The first morning class will start at 6.15am and every hour thereafter. This will include all your favourites, Sprint, Trip, RPM, Balance, Attack, Pump and lots lots more.

Leopardstown, Westmanstown, Clontarf Rd. and Sandymount will continue to offer outdoor fitness classes. Timetables for all virtual and outdoor classes are available online.

We have re-positioned the temporary gym on the tennis courts in Clontarf Rd. to courts no. 1 & 2. This is to assist with the storing and moving of BodyPump equipment and bikes in the outdoor studio.

We will have more information regarding summer camps and swim lessons when more information is given.

The health and safety protocols that were in place before closing must be followed to ensure we remain compliant and keep members and staff in a safe environment.

Key points to remember when you visit the club:

  • Masks must be worn in all common areas of the club whilst not actively exercising

  • If you are feeling unwell please do not attend the club

  • Social Distancing must be practised in all areas

  • Wash and sanitize your hands when you arrive, throughout your workout and when you leave the club

  • Entry only with swipe tag

  • Only card or contactless payments

  • You must carry a towel to the gym

  • Sanitize equipment before and after use

  • Bring your own mat

We also respectfully ask that you continue to follow the advice of the government concerning contact with someone who is a suspected case or confirmed case of COVID-19 and the regulations regarding travel from a foreign country to Ireland.
